Bhagwan Chowdhry is Professor of Finance at UCLA Anderson and the founder of Financial Access at Birth or FAB (housed at the Center for Financial Inclusion). His big idea is to create a fund that would give every child born in the world $100 in a savings account that will be opened when his or her birth is officially registered.
