Grace Gabala

Grace Gabala is a Wagner MPA PNP student specializing in interntional public finance. Her research interests include international development, public finance, and post-conflict statebuilding. She has worked for and provided a written report to the National Commission of Sustainable Development of Cote d'Ivoire, looking at institutionalizing and developing a cooperation between the Ivorian commission and US-based NGOs to engage in sustainable development activism. She obtained her Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on International Economics from Texas A&M International University.

 

Past

Sanem Altug

Sanem Altug was born in Istanbul, Turkey and grew up living in Turkey,Switzerland, the USA and Kuwait. After graduating from the American High School of Kuwait she attended Dartmouth College and received her B.A. with a double major in Economics and International Relations and a minor in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies. She spent 4 years living in New York City and working for an international law firm before moving to Istanbul to pursue an MBA degree from Bosphorus University.

Martha Bowen

Martha Bowen is a Masters in Public Administration candidate at the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, New York University. She spent summer 2007 in Ghana working with Innovations for Poverty Action on an interest rate sensitivity study. Martha came to New York from the Bay Area where she worked in the labor movement and for a small non-profit focused on independent media.

Rodrigo Cordova

Rodrigo Cordova has worked in the public and private financial sectors in Mexico, Argentina and the U.S. He received his B.A. from Universidad Iberoamericana and his MBA from New York University.

Rebecca Feinberg

Rebecca Feinberg is a MPA candidate (Spring ’08) at the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service with an international finance focus. She is a Research Assistant at FAI working on website content, research and administrative support.

Lucy Poe

Lucy Poe is currently an undergrad at NYU Gallatin where she plans to study microfinance. Funded by the U.S. State Department, Lucy did a study abroad in Istanbul Turkey. She has also studied social and ethical issues and the U.S. economy at both Columbia and Harvard.
